NWBRV's latest rental development, Marshfield Commons in North Smithfield, is now accepting applications.

The community is comprised of 38 apartments located in 18 buildings.  Most of the buildings are duplexes, although there are three larger buildings that each house three 3-bedroom townhouses.  Apartments include one 1-bedroom, seventeen 2-bedroom, and twenty 3-bedroom units.  Most of the apartments as townhouse style.
